a compilation of different possible Panem maps and how it would lay across the USA , which one do you guys think is closest to what you pictured ? 

These maps of Panem show the various locations of the Districts, and shows how the Capitol holds a central area in which they can control the production of minerals and goods from the various districts. Bordered by the Capitol are districts 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7. We are then taken east where we are introduced to the three largest districts, 3, 8, and 9, and then further east, where the final districts, 10, 11, and 12, are seated at the very edge of Panem.
